Para-Dichlorobenzene (PDCB) is a white crystalline solid with a characteristic odour. It is widely used in space deodorant and moth-repellent blocks, and as a key intermediate in the manufacture of polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) engineering polymer, dyes and pigments.
